Just over two weeks ago I had a check up with my newly appointed Dentist Ruth Bentley and she was very thorough, professional and customer friendly (sorry if that sounds too business like, she was lovely thoughtful and caring). Today, I went back to see her for the follow up work and this time she had Kisty with her providing the dental support whilst Ruth undertook the work, what a great team!! I have been at the practice since we came to Horsham in May 1994 and, Gary Creswell was our Dentist. In all of my years going to Dentists, I can say that right up to his retirement, he was the Best Dentist I had ever had and, he was a huge loss when he retired. Until seeing Ruth Bentley on the 10th of Jan and today, I had lost my faith in the dentistry I was getting at Forestmead but, make no mistake, Ruth Bentley has restored my faith because, she is thorough, professional, compassionate, understanding and, brilliant in the work she does. He works with a dental nurse called Jackie and I feel in very safe hands with both of them. A professional, caring and first class service was provided by Dr Ruth Bentley and her assistant Georgia. They talked me through every step of the way and despite warning me that there may be some pain or discomfort afterwards I was completely pain free. I called up Forestmead Dental surgery and spoke to an extremely kind and helpful receptionist called Judith. She went to great lengths along with the team, to fit me in at very short notice, with my usual dentist Ankur and with his kind help a quick fix was made to keep me pain free and stable until a Crown can be fitted. Well done Forestmead and thank you for your fabulous "can do" attitude. I've been looked after by Tomas after needing a specialist Michigan Splint which my own Dental Practice were unable to provide. Despite not being a registered patient at Forestmead Dental Practice, I was made to feel as welcome as if I had been there for years. The splint that Tomas had made for me works perfectly, and whilst I will never be free of jaw problems and teeth grinding completely, this has gone some way to ease the discomfort, and importantly, help protect my teeth. I would not hesitate to recommend Tomas and the staff at Forestmead. Thank you Sylvie Blackmore
